1. THE COLLECTIVE MISSION

By accessing this website and engaging with our brand, you are entering the Crosskonti Collective. These Terms of Service govern your use of our digital platform and the purchase of any goods or services provided by Crosskonti. We operate as a global venture, designed across borders and connected by a shared standard of excellence.

2. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & STANDARDS

Crosskonti is committed to setting the standard in the Malaysian fitness and lifestyle scene.

  • Evolving Catalog: Our product offerings—ranging from lifestyle apparel to high-performance technical gear—are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

  • Hand-Processed Finishes: Many of our premium items undergo specialized treatment processes (such as custom washes or technical coatings). As a result, individual variations are a hallmark of our brand's unique DNA and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. SCALING & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

To maintain the exclusivity of our releases and hit our strategic growth milestones:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We utilize a Limited Drop Model to ensure quality control. Your order is only confirmed once our integrated payment gateways (e.g., toyyibPay) verify the transaction.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. GLOBAL OPERATIONS & LOCAL FULFILLMENT

While our strategic direction is managed internationally, all physical fulfillment is conducted through our Malaysian Operations Hub.

  • Logistics: We partner with premium third-party couriers. While we strive for rapid fulfillment, Crosskonti is not liable for external logistical delays once a package has left our Collective hub.

  • International Orders: For members of the Collective outside of Malaysia, the customer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & THE HYGIENE STANDARD

To protect our community and maintain our lean operational model:

  • Elite Standard: Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a review.

  • Exchanges: Due to the high demand and limited nature of our drops, exchanges are subject to real-time inventory availability.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, brand narratives, and digital content are the exclusive property of Crosskonti. Any unauthorized use of our "Designed in Korea, Connected Across Continents" framework is strictly prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
